Week 1: Character Design!

Hello peepos! Meet Hearty!!

Tagline: Have A Heart, Be Like MEEEEE!

Catchphrase: "Hee hee heee.."

Backstory:

Hearty was born with a devil look-a-like wings, worst case for her, her wings are black! But in her real personality was a kind, friendly and helpful heart. She was often being neglected by her friends, people on the street find her weird and despise her. Poor Hearty.. Will she ever meet a true best friend?

Behavioral Traits:

- Like to carry a big wide smile!

- Flap her wings when she's happy!

- A White shining Halo will appear when someone truly accepted her.

Appearance Traits:

- A big red heart shape body with a pair of weirdly black wings.

Week 1: Spiderman!

Posing for Spidey!

1st pose!

Posing for Spiderman was kinda tough at start, as this is the start of doing Posing of character for us. The image above is the first pose I did for posing. The adjusting of it's hands and legs was not easy. As when we reaches some parts of the position, some of its body may turn out of shape, thus, it was not easy.

2nd pose!

The result for this pose came out pretty well, the parts that I have changed did not made too much distortion for some parts. And I'm quite satisfied with this pose :)

3rd pose!

This pose was kinda tough when it came to the part where I have adjust it's leg. A lot of distortion was formed on the left leg due to the bending from the actual. Thus, this pose wasn't really that good :(

Week 1: Full Cow!

TADAHHH! This is the final Cow that I've done. This whole process of making it's body was tough! As we are required to shape out it's body, I tried shaping with the Sculpt geometry tool. Some of the parts turns out imbalance, thus, I control using their vertex point. While for it's hands/fingers, many Extrude were being used to make them more realistic. And finally, MERGING!

But it's a pity that I'm unable to change it's colour to cow print after many tries.. :(

Week 1 - E-learning: COW HEAD!

Hello! This is our first exercise in 3DVA~ For this term onwards, we will have to start to draw out character, and for following weeks, animating~ In this week, we started drawing out a cow head! It started quite tricky and kinda tough to recap the steps that we have not touch for 2 months! Plus using the Mac at school for the cow head, it makes it harder for me to start on my work! After a few times of trying and help from my tutor. I got quite a hang of it :)

It was quite difficult to start on the mouth part of the cow at first, especially with the extruding of the head and shaping the head out. things got easier when we have to add on the eyes, nose and ears for the cow. And here is my overall result for the cow head :)
